1. Information we collect
From clients, we collect the business details you give us — your name, business name, contact information, services, pricing, hours, photos, and any access needed to connect your domain, Google profile, phone, or booking accounts. From visitors to your website, we may collect the information they submit through your contact and booking forms, such as name, email, phone, and appointment details.
2. How we use information
We use your information to build and run your website, set up booking and follow-up, process leads and appointments, send reminders and review requests on your behalf, provide support, and bill you for our service. We use visitor information only to deliver the features you asked us to set up on your site.
3. Lead & booking data
Leads and bookings that come through your site belong to your business. We process and store that data to run the follow-up, reminders, and booking features you requested. We do not sell your leads or your visitors' information to anyone.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run your service — for example, with the booking, phone, payment, or Google providers we connect on your behalf, or when required by law. We do not rent or sell your personal information or your visitors' information for marketing.
5. Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages through the chat widget on our website, we collect your name and mobile number to send you the messages you agreed to receive from Setlo, operated by Nathaniel Groenhof. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you are a client. If you cancel, we retain business records as needed for billing and legal obligations, then remove your data within a reasonable period unless you ask for a handoff of your content first.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, including secure hosting and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data and act quickly if an issue arises.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to update, correct, or remove your business information at any time — just text or email us. Your website visitors can contact your business to request changes to the information they submitted through your forms.
9. Cookies
Your site and our tools may use basic cookies for analytics and to keep forms and booking working smoothly. See our Cookie Policy for details.
10. Children
Our service is intended for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
